Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with stage I-II Kümmell 's disease according to clinical diagnosis, imaging findings and Li staging 2 Single-segment Kümmell 's disease 3 BMD T value < -2.5 by dual-energy X-ray examination 4 by pain, braking and other conservative treatment for three months ineffective 5 agree surgical treatment, and signed informed consent to surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with severe medical diseases who could not tolerate surgery 2 Combined with thoracolumbar infection, tuberculosis, tumor and other bone diseases 3 Patients with cognitive dysfunction and unconsciousness 4 Patients with hematopoietic system diseases 5 currently participating in other clinical studies or participating in other clinical researchers within 3 months. 6 Other situations judged by the researcher as not suitable for clinical study
