T:Ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral nerve block was performed on the operative side, 0.33% ropivacaine 30ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thoracoscopic surgery Age 18 ~ 65 ASA grade I ~ II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe spinal deformity, local anesthetic allergy, serious heart and lung diseases, obesity (BMI>30kg^m2), abnormal coagulation function, infection at the puncture site, severe liver and kidney function abnormalities, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs before surgery, psychiatric patients or patients with cognitive dysfunction and inability to cooperate.
