Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients =60 years of age who underwent surgery for lower extremity fractures participated in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with ASA grade ? or above; ? suffering from severe mental illness; ? Blood glucose =13.9mmol/L? serious cardiopulmonary disease; (5) Patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis who were not treated before surgery; ? Those who do not want to participate in this study or quit midway.
