Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia; (2) Age: > 65; (3) ASA classification: ?~?; (4) Body mass index (BMI) : 18~24kg/m2; (5) Have the ability of independent behavior, clear consciousness and understand the investigation content; (6) Volunteers to participate in the study and sign the consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs and drug use; (2) People with benzodiazepine contraindications: severe allergy; (3) Unable to cooperate with researchers: hearing impairment, mental illness, etc.; (4) diabetic patients; (5) patients with heart disease; (6) Patients with uncontrolled hypertension; (7) History of adrenal diseases; (8) Recent use of corticosteroid, adrenaline and ß-receptor preparations related drugs.
