Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with common type COVID-19 pneumonia, aged = 18 years old. 2. The Ct value of either N gene or ORF gene of COVID-19 nucleic acid testing reaches 33, and meets one of the following two conditions: 1) The chest CT score of COVID-19 pneumonia is aggravating; 2) The chest CT score of COVID-19 pneumonia = 10 and without absorption. 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; if the patient is incapable of autonomous behavior, the guardian shall sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to the use of glucocorticoids. 2. Expected survival time = 3 days. 3. Severe and critical patients with new coronary pneumonia. 4. Patients with positive influenza virus nucleic acid. 5. Patients with bacterial pneumonia as the main imaging manifestation. 6. Patients who had interstitial lung disease in the past and were in the active stage at the time of admission. 7. Patients with obvious abnormal changes in lung structure such as pneumoconiosis and severe bronchiectasis. 8. Pregnancy and perinatal women. 9. Immunodeficiency patients.
