Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who are scheduled to undergo surgical treatment under general anesthesia of LMA in supine position and whose operation time is = 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient or family members refused to participate in the study, and there were contraindications to the use of LMA, such as satiety of stomach, foreign body in airway, obvious abnormality of throat anatomy, morbid obesity, allergy to general anesthesia drugs, poor ventilation of LMA that endangered the patient's safety after multiple adjustments (= 2 times) and treatment during the operation, and temporary changes in the patient's position according to the needs of the operation. When the same patient needs to undergo another laryngeal mask airway surgery due to complications after surgery, it is strictly limited to take the first data for analysis.
