Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 45 = Age = 75; 2. Patients who underwent the first unilateral total knee replacement due to end-stage osteoarthritis; 3. Sign the informed consent form of the subject.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of knee surgery; 2. Previous cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory and neurological diseases; 3. Those with abnormal liver and kidney functions; 4. Patients with malignant tumor, mental disease, language disorder, polio and other diseases; 5. Those who cannot tolerate exercise plans; 6. Disease American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade 4 or 5.
