Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After detailed neurological examination and examination. 2. The supratentorial brain space occupying lesion was confirmed by imaging examination, and the lesion was located in or near the functional area (the extent of craniotomy can reveal the functional area). 3. All gave informed consent and were able to give adequate cooperation to the patients in the perioperative period. 4. Adopt corresponding surgical approaches according to the condition, strive for exposing more functional areas. 5. Same surgeon 6. Enroll patient in order of admission
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non supratentorial space occupying lesions. 2. The patient's physical condition was extremely poor, there were other obvious underlying disease patients. 3. Patients who do not enter into relevant informed consent forms.
