Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Perceptible dysphonia occurs; 2. Direct and/or indirect laryngoscopy shows no significant organic damage to laryngeal structure or function (diagnosed by a laryngologist); 3. Direct and/or indirect laryngoscopy reveals minor laryngeal lesions due to excessive vocal use and abuse (Van Thal, 1961) and is deemed unsuitable for surgical intervention. Therefore, minor laryngeal lesions, such as minor edema, tissue irritation, and ventricular septal disorders, are included; 4. Fibronasal endoscopy reveals laryngeal "movement" lesions, i.e. sound disturbances are caused by improper coordination or movement of the larynx; 5. No cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious organ function diseases; 6. Subjects who voluntarily participate in this study, can fully understand the process of this study and the associated benefits and possible risks of participating in this trial, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive smoking or drinking; 2. Have any history of psychosomatic illness or positive psychiatric history; 3. Severe hearing loss; 4. Subjects with severe primary cardiovascular, pulmonary, kidney, liver, neurological, and blood diseases.
