Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-90 years old, BMI 18.5-27.9kg/m2; 2. ASA (American Association of Anesthesiologists) Grade II~III patients who underwent hip replacement or femoral trochanteric closed reduction and intramedullary nailing; 3. The patient and his family members knew the purpose of this study and voluntarily signed a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have pre-operative neurological and psychiatric diseases or cannot cooperate with the questionnaire; 2. Patients with delirium or dementia before operation (illiteracy <= 17 points, primary education <= 20 points, secondary education (including technical secondary school) <= 22 points, college education (including special college) <= 23 points); 3. Those with severe respiratory and circulatory dysfunction; 4. Those with second or third degree atrioventricular block or significant sinus bradycardia; 5. There are contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 6. Those who have been allergic to benzodiazepines or propofol in the past, and those who have taken sedatives for a long time.
