Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No antihypertensive drugs were taken in the past 4 weeks and the upper brachial artery sitting blood pressure, systolic blood pressure (SBP) of 120-139mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of 80-89mmHg were measured for 3 consecutive times on different days within 1 week; 2. HAMA scores >= 14 and <= 29; 3. Aged 18-50 years, gender unlimited; 4. It meets the diagnostic criteria of liver depression and spleen deficiency; 5. Volunteer to participate and cooperate with the researcher by signing a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite primary and secondary hypertension; 2. Borderline hypertension patients taking Western antihypertensive drugs; 3. Patients with acute or severe cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack; 4. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, acute onset of chronic heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy and other serious cardiovascular diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction who were determined by the researchers not to be included in the group; 7. Patients who have taken anti-anxiety medication in the last six months; 8. Patients with language or mental disorders, mental illness and other patients can not accurately describe their symptoms and understand the content of the questionnaire; 9. Patients with other bleeding diseases or intolerance to acupuncture.
