18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear diagnosis of severe disease, including severe pancreatitis, sepsis, severe burns, trauma, and recovery from major surgery; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. NRS2002 >= 3 points; 4. Enteral nutrition support by tube feeding; 5. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral supplementation or total parenteral nutrition support; 2. Severe liver and kidney disease, malignancy, severe protein malnutrition (serum albumin < 20 g/L); 3. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 4. Fecal incontinence; 5. Ongoing participation in other clinical trials; 6. Other conditions that, in the opinion of the investigator, make the patient unsuitable for participation in this study.
