Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need renal replacement therapy (AKI, ESRD, acute drugs, poisoning, etc. who have reached the intervention standards of renal replacement therapy); 2. Hemodynamically stable and able to tolerate CVVHDF treatment mode; 3. Aged 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; 4. The patient consents and voluntarily signs the informed consent form; 5. Patients without anticoagulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have mental illness or other reasons and cannot cooperate with treatment; 2. Stop treatment halfway; 3. Patients with other anticoagulation methods.
