Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-16 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of HSP Chinese medicine and Western medicine; 3. The informed consent process is in line with the regulations, and the legal representative or the child (=8 years old) sign the informed consent jointly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The course of disease is longer than half a year; 2. Complicated with heart, cerebrovascular, liver, endocrine system, hematopoietic system, mental or serious gastrointestinal diseases, requiring surgery and other diseases; 3. 24-hour urine protein content > 50 mg/kg; 4. Shedding due to withdrawal or loss of follow-up; 5. Serious secondary infections or other diseases occurred during the observation, affecting the efficacy and safety of the patients; 6. Combined with severe renal damage and central nervous system symptoms.
