Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 69/5000 Inclusion criteria: ? age =60 years old; ? All were diagnosed as brittle fractures, including distal radius, proximal humerus, vertebral and hip fractures. ? Mentally normal and can communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? no surgical treatment; ? Old fracture (the distance between the time of injury and the time of admission >3 weeks); ? Pathological fracture or malignant tumor; ? periprosthesis fracture; ? multiple fractures or open fractures; ? Lung infection has been diagnosed before the operation; Combined with diseases of the blood system or immune system, such as leukemia, rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus; ? Clinical data are incomplete.
