Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the subjects was 20-50 years old; The gestational age was 11-14 weeks (2) cervical insufficiency diagnosed by the 2019 Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada (SOGC) guidelines (3) non-cervical incompetence normal pregnant women matched for gender, age and gestational age (4) Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy complicated with hypertension, diabetes, rheumatic disease, connective tissue disease or tumor; (2) twin pregnancy;(3) nullipara; (4) vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy; (5) uterine fibroids =5cm; (6) cervical cyst =1cm; (7) spontaneous preterm delivery without previous evidence of cervical incompetence.
