Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 5 to 14 years old 2.Meet the IXT diagnostic criteria:Mild hyperopia, myopia, less than 2.0D astigmatism (equivalent spherical lens = 3.00D) After patching one eye for 40 minutes, the deviation at near and distance are 20PD to 25PD with the ability of controlling alignment both at near and at distance; the control score=3 3.Meet the criteria of convergence insufficiency: deviation at near = deviation at distance 4.The standard of refraction correction: myopia >0.5D, astigmatism >1.5D, hyperopia 3.0D, anisometropia> 1.0D
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lateral gaze incomitance Vertical incomitance (AV pattern,DVD) Abnormal oblique muscle function Nystagmus Amblyopia Anisometropia Organic diseases of the anterior and posterior segments, abnormal craniofacial development affecting the orbit, and obvious nervous system abnormalities Dynamic silhouette, except for accommodative paralysis Preterm birth, low-weight infants
