Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients were diagnosed as primary IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy and the syndrome differentiation was wind heat kidney deficiency. 2.Patients aged between 18 and 70. 3.Microscopic hematuria or gross hematuria, 24-hour proteinuria < 1g, serum creatinine less than 133umol/L. 4.Patients who did not use hormones or immunosuppressants within one month. 5.Patients who sign informed consent and are willing to cooperate with the completion of the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation. 2. Participate in other experimental researchers. 3. Complicated with malignant tumors and other serious diseases of the system. 4. Clinical complications may cause secondary IgA deposition of systemic diseases, such as Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, celiac disease, human immunodeficiency virus and so on.
