Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Healthy volunteers aged 60-80; ? Volunteers are beginners of Wuqinxi, who can actively cooperate with the treatment; ? Volunteers with or without a history of falls; ? Sign the Informed Consent Form, abide by the contents of the Informed Consent Form, and be willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Volunteers with basic skills of Wuqinxi; ? Volunteers had lower limb fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis, etc; ? Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases and mental diseases; ? Have received regular physical therapy or other rehabilitation therapy due to falls in the past 3 months.
