Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The first ischemic stroke, the course of disease is 2 weeks to 3 months; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018"; ? The lesions were subcortical and confirmed by CT or MRI. ? Age 40-75 years old; (5) Unilateral limb hemiplegia, Brunnstrom upper limb = stage ?; ?MMSE=24 points. ? Stable vital signs and no serious complications; ? before the disease by Edinburgh handedness questionnaire judgment is right-handed; ? Patients themselves or their relatives sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? there are severe or difficult to control hypertension, cardiac insufficiency, frequent epilepsy and other diseases that clinicians believe can lead to deterioration in the evaluation process; ? There are uncontrolled clinical conditions, such as severe damage of liver and kidney function.
