Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Infertility; ?IVF/ICSI assisted fertility treatment is planned for the first time; ?Aged 20 to 38 years; ?Accept and adhere to treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Suffer from hysteroscopic surgery contraindications; ?During follicular phase, 3D / 2D or water injection ultrasound = 2 times indicates visible lesions in uterine cavity, including uterine cavity adhesion, submucous myoma, hyperechoic light mass, mediastinum, etc; ?untreated hydrosalpinx; ?Two or more miscarriages missed before 20 weeks of gestation; ?abnormal number or structure of chromosomes or mutations of pathogenic genes in one spouse; ?Fibroids greater than 4cm in diameter; ?Abnormal uterine bleeding;
