budesonide control group:nasal packing with Nasopore infiltrate with budesonide nasal spray only

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Be between 18 and 65 years old 2) Agreed to participate in the trial and voluntarily signed informed consent 3) All patients were diagnosed according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of chronic sinusitis (2018) 4) Who require FESS at the physician's consultation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of aspirin intolerance, asthma, immunodeficiency, mucociliary disorder, cystic fibrosis, or rhinologic granulomatous disease were excluded from this study. In addition, patients who had undergone a previous sinus surgery were also excluded.
