Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age= 18 years old; 2. Patients admitted to ICU; 3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria (2019 ATS) of "severe community acquired pneumonia"; 4. Patients or their agents sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who stay in the nursing home for a long time; 2. Patients after tracheotomy; 3. Patients who participated in other clinical studies.
