Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis was consistent with STEMI(Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (2019)); ? Age =75 years old; ?The blood flow of target-vessel was restored to TIMI 3 after PPCI;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac insufficiency (cardiac function grade ?-?), liver insufficiency (serum aminotransferase continuously increased more than 3 times the upper limit of normal) or renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min); ? Lipid-lowering and antioxidant drugs were used 2 weeks before hospitalization; (3) Patients who are allergic to rosuvastatin or have definite medical history and can not take rosuvastatin or have muscle soreness during taking rosuvastatin.
