Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received tranexamic acid + cefazolin, tranexamic acid + cefuroxime during the operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Previous history of DVT/PTE; b. Intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion; c. Diseases related to the blood system; d. Surgical operations within the last 3 months; e. female menstrual period or pregnancy, etc. f. History of malignant tumor.
