18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HS group: (1) age = 18 years; (2) History of exposure to extreme environmental heat OR vigorous muscle exertion; (3) Core body temperature >40? OR symptoms of central nervous system (CNS) dysfunction, such as coma, delirium and convulsions; (4) Agree to participate, and give signed written informed consents. 2.S group (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Suspected or known infection; (3) Sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score =2 points; (4) Agree to participate, and give signed written informed consents. 3.CPB group (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Underwent valve replacement surgery or coronary artery bypass surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass (3) Agree to participate, and give signed written informed consents. 4.HC group (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Body Mass Index (BMI): 18~24 (3) Provide health examination report within 6 months (4) Agree to participate, and give signed written informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant woman; (2) Combined with immune system diseases, hematological diseases (3) Combined with malignant tumor,and receiving radiation, chemotherapy, or other treatments (3) History of organ transplantation OR bone marrow transplantation (4) Received immunotherapy within 6 months prior to enrollment
