Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, nerve injury was used as a clue, and a computer finite element model was used as a guide to optimize the treatment parameters of local electrical stimulation. 1. Patients with upper extremity trauma for 2-3 months; 2. Patients with nerve injury identified by electromyography; 3. With no definite nerve fracture was found in surgical exploration or ultrasonic examination; 4. Ultrasonic examination showed no obvious nerve compression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases (such as: heart failure and acute stage of heart disease, acute and chronic hepatitis, acute and chronic nephritis, acute stage of stroke, tuberculosis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, severe anemia, etc.); 2. With recent (within 1 year) metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and edema); 3. Persons with physical disability or limb deformity; 4. Patients with acute diseases who have suffered from high fever, diarrhea and other acute diseases in the near future (within 1 month) and have not recovered their physical strength at present; 5. With fractures or dislocations of limbs or joints within the last six months; 6. The patient has previous electrical stimulation or received professional sports training; 7. With history of allergic reaction to electric stimulation; 8. With pacemaker in body.
