Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-40 years who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for this disease; (2) Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other infertility factors (including ovulatory disorders, tubal factors, cervical factors, abnormal uterine anatomy, andrological factors and immunological factors, etc.); (2) Patients with incomplete intraoperative lesion removal. (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and haematopoietic diseases were included (4) Allergy to experimental drugs (5) Pregnant or lactating patients (6) Patients being enrolled in other clinical drug experiments
