18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 years old; 2. Preliminarily diagnosed schizophrenia based on the ICD-10 criteria by psychiatrists; 3. The duration of illness not less than 12 months; 4. According to the "Guidelines for the Management and Treatment of Severe Mental Disorders", home-based patients with stable conditions; 5. Be residing within the study catchment area for the next 4 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with severe physical illnesses; 2. Participants with delayed mental development; 3. Participants with comorbid bipolar disorder; 4. Participants with severe depressive disorder.
