Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Type II diabetic patients aged between 50-55 years old. (2) Long-term residence in Chengdu (3) 4.0%=HbA1c=9.0%; BMI=25 kg/m2. (4)Metformin is included in the hypoglycemic drugs taken (5) Sign the informed consent form voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT is greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal, or Cr>132µmol/L, or eGFR <60 mL/min/1.73m2), psychosis, accompanied by severe infection, severe anemia, neutrophils Reduced disease, severe heart disease, severe liver disease (cirrhosis), tumors and other diseases. (2) Suffering from type 1 diabetes, single gene mutation diabetes, diabetes caused by pancreatic injury, or other secondary diabetes (such as diabetes caused by Cushing's syndrome, abnormal thyroid function, or acromegaly); (3) Severe diabetic complications (such as diabetic foot, proliferative retinopathy, etc.) (4) Acute and chronic infections (chronic hepatitis B, tuberculosis, etc.) (5) Allergic reaction occurred recently (within 1 month) (6) Autoimmune system diseases (7) Pregnancy, lactation and pregnancy preparation period. (8) Patients who have participated in other clinical researches in the 3 months before the trial, and those who other researchers think are not suitable to participate in this research. ? (9) Those who are unwilling to sign an informed consent, have poor compliance or may quit (people who travel frequently, have to go abroad in the near future, and have limited mobility). (10) There have been treated or untreated organ system tumors (except local skin basal cell carcinoma) in the past 5 years, regardless of whether there is evidence of local recurrence or metastasis.
