Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with esophageal cancer confirmed by histopathology, imaging and clinical diagnosis; 2. Age: above 18 years old; Expected survival > 6 months; 3. Patients meeting the indications of concurrent chemoradiotherapy, tumor stage (?-?); 4. Have good understanding and expression ability, no language communication and cognitive impairment, can answer questions correctly; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The body mass index (BMI) = 18.5 2. Patients with heart, liver and renal dysfunction and other metastases; 3. Had other malignant tumors within 3 years; 4. Patients with co-infection; 5. HADS 11 points or more; 5. Patients with intestinal obstruction and critical condition cannot cooperate with others; 6. Have a previous severe mental disorder or are receiving other psychological treatment. Communication barriers, disagreement with the author.
