Clinical diagnosis patients: No Mtb was found in the spec

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)18-80 years old 2) Patients with pleural effusion 3) Participate voluntarily and have signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have started anti-tuberculosis treatment 2) Previous history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction 3) Pregnant or lactating women 4) Patients with too short hospital stay or too complicated disease to obtain clinical diagnosis 5) Other situations that the researcher considers inappropriate to participate in the experiment
