18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The subject who meet ISSM diagnostic criteria for lifelong premature ejaculation and PEDT score=9 2.male, aged 18-60 3.The subject has a fixed stable adult female sexual partner and has regular sexual life 4.The subject agrees not to use any other drugs or devices which may affect IELT, including 5-ht inhibitors, Chinese herbal medicine (including decoction, Chinese patent medicine), compound lidocaine hydrochloride Gel, and special thickening condom during the study period 5.The subject (including partners) guarantees that they have no birth plan and voluntarily take appropriate contraceptive measures between the study period and 3 months after the last administration 6.The subject voluntarily signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of psychological diseases 2.Patients with cardiovascular disease, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, diabetes 3.Patients with other sexual dysfunction 4.Patients with urinary and reproductive tract infections, congenital abnormal development of the reproductive system 5.Drugs, alcohol or substance abuse
