Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 40-80 years old T2DM patients; ? Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes was in accordance with the 1999 WHO criteria, i.e. fasting blood glucose = 7.0 mmol/L, oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) 2h blood glucose = 11.1 mmol/L, HbA1c = 6.5%; ? Patients with no long-term exercise habits or low physical activity water after passing the international physical level questionnaire; ? Good visual and auditory functions, able to perform verbal communication and neuropsychological tests; ? Patients or their families gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? combined with severe bone and joint, severe respiratory disease, uncontrollable hypertension (blood pressure = 160/100mmHg, 1mmHg = 0.133kPa), diabetic nephropathy or neuropathy, severe cardiovascular disease (cardiac insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage complications), severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, malignant neoplasm or mental system disease patients; ? the last 3 diabetic ketoacidosis occurred within the last 3 months; the presence of visual and hearing impairment and other diseases that affect the assessment of cognitive function; ? combined with serious organic pathologies such as heart, lung, kidney and liver; ? the presence of stroke, brain tumor, hypothyroidism and other diseases that can affect cognitive function; ? poor compliance and failure to perform exercise as prescribed. (6) Those with dementia, hearing impairment, aphasia, severe deafness and illiteracy. (7) Those who participate in other clinical trials.
