Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group:GnRHa therapy was administered postoperatively for 3 months, and after discontinuation, the empirical formula "Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang"
Western medicine control group:GnRHa therapy was administered postoperatively for 3 months
TCM control group:empiric formula "Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang"was administered orally after surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-45 years, patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of this disease; (2) Signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with other types of ovarian cysts, benign or malignant ovarian tumors, or other malignancies (2) Surgical patients with endometriosis undergoing total uterus plus double adnexectomy (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and haematopoietic diseases were included (4) Allergy to experimental drugs (5) Pregnant or lactating patients (6) Patients being enrolled in other clinical drug experiments
