18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients who are diagnosed according to clinical manifestations, laboratory and imaging examinations; 3. Patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding or refractory hydrothorax/ascites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous TIPS or surgical shunt; 2. Recurrent attacks of hepatic encephalopathy(more than 2 times); 3. Cavernous transformation of portal vein; 4. Child-Pugh score is greater than 11; 5. Dysfunction of organs including heart, lung, kidney and brain; 6. Liver cancer and other malignant tumors beyond Milan criteria; 7. From high altitude area (higher than 2500 meters above the sea level); 8. Pregnant and lactating women.
