18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)STEMI patients aged =18 years and =80 years. 2)eligible for primary PCI and receiving primary PCI. 3)able to understand the purpose of this study, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Acute occlusion of left main, graft vessel and intra-stent restenosis. 2) cardiogenic shock. 3) Study-defined arrhythmias had occurred before the use of shenfu injection. 4) Systolic blood pressure exceeds 160mmHg. 5) Co-existing with other serious medical conditions (e.g. malignancy, organ transplant, or candidate). 6)Allergic to Shenfu injection. 7) Severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
