Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 60 years old; (2) The anesthesia method is endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia; (3) Duration of surgery= 4h; (4) The surgical position is a supine position; (5) Voluntary informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have had pressure injuries before surgery; (2) Suffering from acute and chronic skin diseases; (3) scarring or obvious pigmentation in the sacrococcygeal; (4) Those with severe skin allergies; (5) Emergency surgery.
