Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study was approved by the ethics committee of the research institution, and the patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form. Our hospital plans to perform laparoscopic abdominal surgery or robot assisted lower abdominal surgery. The patient is = 70 years old, with a BMI of 18.5-25kg/m2. The preoperative pulmonary function examination shows pulmonary insufficiency of varying degrees, with a quality rating of A, and other clinical data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusing to sign the informed consent of the patient; Potential difficult airway patients; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Patients with mental system diseases and communication disorders; Patients with previous drug allergy history or allergy to the drugs used in the study; Patients with intraoperative bleeding = 30% of total body blood volume; The patients were converted to open surgery; Perioperative core temperature was lower than 35.5 ? and thenar skin temperature was lower than 32 ?.
