Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Stanford A-type dissection and total arch replacement (2) Age 23-70 (3) The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Grade III-IV (4) Voluntary participation and informed signing consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) It is difficult to maintain stable hemodynamics during operation (2) Coagulation dysfunction (anticoagulant drugs used within 7 days) (3) Complicated with blood system disease or use anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs within 1 week before operation (4) Neurological complications (5) Preoperative renal failure, paraplegia (6) Serious heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organ diseases
