Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Patients undergoing elective lumbar surgery under general anesthesia;; B. Age 65-90 years old, ASA Grade II to III; Fully explain the clinical trial content, voluntary participation and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension, arrhythmia, or cardiac insufficiency; B. Patients with obvious abnormal liver and kidney function; C. Increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; D. Patients with a family history of mental illness or mental abnormalities; E. Patients with allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study; F. Poor hypertension control [systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg] G. Patients who lack the capacity to consent;
