Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Conform to diagnostic criteria of primary osteoporosis, 2.Male age = 70,Female natural menopause more than 1 year, 3.Those who voluntarily signed the informed consent form as the subject.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Inconformity to inclusive criteria, 2.Male age < 70,Female natural menopause less than 1 year, 3.Suffering from endocrine disease affecting bone metabolism,such as parathyroid diseases, gonadal diseases, adrenal diseases and thyroid diseases etc.,immunological diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis,multiple congenital and acquired disorders of bone metabolism,secondary osteoporosis patients like taking glucocorticoid for a long time, 4.Patients with severe mental illness or senile dementia, 5.The researcher believes that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for this study.
