Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with bulimia/anorexia nervosa who meet the diagnosis of an eating disorder on the MINI screen according to the diagnostic criteria of the U.S. Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-V) and who have been evaluated by 2 attending psychiatrists and above. (2) Age 16 to 45 years. (3) Middle school education or higher. (4) If taking psychiatric medication, the type and dosage of medication remained stable for more than 1 month (5) Subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe self-injurious suicidal ideation and behavior. (2) Co-morbid severe physical illness, substance abuse, comorbid neurodevelopmental disorders, tic disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders (3) With dementia, blindness and deafness disability. (4) Those who have received twitch-free electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) within 3 months prior to enrollment (5) Those who could not cooperate to complete the test and intervention
