45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patients was the first episode of ischemic stroke, and the disease course was less than 2 months; ? Age 45-80 years; ? Primary school education or above; ? No history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; ? The patients can cooperate with related scale evaluation; ? The patients had different degrees of motor, cognitive, speech and swallowing dysfunction; ? The affected limb (upper and lower limbs) Brunnstrom classification: II- ?grade; ?The patients agreed to participate in the study voluntarily and were able to complete the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who had a history of psychoactive drug abuse or long-term heavy drinking; ? Recent use of drugs affecting cognitive function or anxiety and depression; ? Unable to complete the scale test; ? Hypofunction or failure of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; ? Patients can not tolerate enriched rehabilitation training and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
