Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria included: 1)Patients who were diagnosed as HIV positive infection; 2)Patients who are treated with antiviral therapy in Changsha; 3)Age =18 years old; 4)Patients do not leave Changsha in the next 1 year; 5)Patients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression(SAS score is 50-69; SDS score is 53-72); 6)Patients who are willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included: 1)Patients who have severe anxiety and depression or other mental or physical diseases and cannot cooperate; 2)Patients who are deficient in hearing, intelligence or expression and can't understand and answer questions; 3)Patients who have participated in other psychological research projects in the past 3 months.
