Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2023 to December 2023, the patients underwent unilateral arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in the second affiliated hospital of Jiaxing University, aged 18-65 years, ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative use of vasoactive drugs (2) preoperative use of analgesics (3) peripheral vascular diseases (4) morbically obese patients (5) paresthesia (6) contraindications to peripheral nerve block, including patient refusal, allergy to local anesthetics, peripheral neuropathy, coagglutination disorder, or presence of psychiatric symptoms.
