Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Trauma ISS>12, including pelvic fracture or lower limb long bone fracture; ? Age =18 years; ? Admission within 24 hours after injury; ? CCTs, TEG and lower extremity blood vessel color Doppler ultrasonography were performed on the same day before surgery.
