Inclusion criteria: Elderly inpatients with type H hypertension aged 60 years and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiac or cerebrovascular diseases or advanced tumors, with a pacemaker, and unable to perform bioreactance analysis were excluded;Terminal state, receiving palliative care
