Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Patients who plan to undergo coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention; (3) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with end-stage renal disease or folowing kidney transplantation; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) No contrast agent is used;(4)Contrast media examination was performed within one week before surgery;(5)Patient is allergic to contrast media.
