Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 1 to 3; 2)Age 18–70 years; 3) Scheduled for laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patient refusal to participate 2) allergic or contraindication to study drugs; 3) postoperative transfer to intensive care unit; 4) mental illness or chronic pain that may confuse the effectiveness of pain relief; 5) serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or liver and kidney insufficiency; 6) severe anemia (Hb less than 80g/L); 7) BMI greater than 30 or less than 18; 8) any medical or non-medical condition that the investigator deems inappropriate to participate in.
